Oregon City Children's Theatre is excited to announce we have moved! Our new home is located in the heart of Oregon City. Although this space is not conducive for our mainstage performances we have a
place of our own to conduct: classes, troupe rehearsals and events for OCCT and the community of Clackamas County!

Book the Studio: (50 max occupancy)

Host your next event at the OCCT Studio! All rentals require, at least, one site supervisor to be onsite and present for the duration of your event. To secure a rental Prospective renters will need to schedule a time to turn in their down payment and sign a rental agreement. Check out the Studio calendar and see what's available! 
 

Amenities Include: 

• (2) Restrooms

• (10) 6ft banquet tables

• (50) Padded folding chairs

• Limited on-site parking

• Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans & Heating

• A full size fridge, freezer, sink and microwave 

• A nursing room and changing table

• ADA accessible except for the restroom (an ADA restroom is in construction)

Cost/ Floor Plan

A. Private Toddler Town (ages 1-5) or Sensory Gym (ages 2-9) Rentals

• $50 per hour (2 hour minimum) + service fees with a $25 down payment

• Shoes are not allowed on the mat and socks must be worn at all times

• Movie screen is available upon request

• Includes a floor mat configuration with: tents, swing, trampoline, slide, rocker, climbing blocks and various toys and activity tables. Sensory Gym includes the above in addition to sensory specific activities and experiences.
   

B. Open Floor Plan Rental

• $50 per hour (2 hour minimum) + service fees with a $25 down payment and $50 teardown/ re-set fee

• Our banquet tables and chairs are available for use upon request. Ask your site supervisor for access.

• The floor mat configuration will be dismantled leaving an open, concrete floor plan
