Online ticket sales will open one month prior to a show's opening night performance. Tickets to any given performance will be available online until 8:00AM (matinees) and 3:00PM (evenings) the day of that performance unless it sells out before then.
Seating & Reservations
All seating is now assigned! Patrons purchasing their tickets online will select their seating preference (main floor or bench seating) and/or handicap needs during checkout. Our ticketing system doesn't allow guests to pick their individual seats, but they are welcome to leave a note during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate. Large parties wishing to sit together must purchase their tickets under one order, or you will likely be separated.
If a performance or ticket option is marked "SOLD OUT" we do not have any additional held tickets to sell for that performance.
Pre-purchased tickets will be held at the box office under the card holder's name. On the day of the performance upon arrival you will check in at the box office to redeem your tickets and assigned seating information.
AT THE DOOR:
Tickets to any performance that are not pre-sold online, prior to the cut off time of any given performance, will be available for purchase at the box office 30 minutes prior to any performance (card, cash or check).
Our venue has a total of two seats at each performance, that are reserved for patrons in need of handicap/ wheelchair / scooter accessibility seating. There will be one seat beside them available for a single guest/ companion. Our space is unable to accommodate more than two guests in need of special accessibility seating during any given performance.
If this ticket option is marked as "sold out" online to any given performance, unfortunately, we will not be able to seat guests in need of these arrangements for the particular show.
Prior to the show and during intermission there will be sweets and treats available for purchase. Additionally there will be various snack and entree items available for purchase in the dinning hall, served by the Beavercreek Grange board members.
