All OCCT shows and activities starting May, 2022 masks will be optional complying with the lifted mask mandate in the state of Oregon. However, OCCT reserves the right to re-mandate masks within our premises at any time.
Individuals who aren't comfortable complying with the possible reinstation of masks are advised not participate in or attend OCCT activities for the foreseeable future.
In the event of mask reinstation performer's will wear a "clear mask pro" (pictured above) for rehearsals and performances, unless otherwise advertised.

Cast All Policy
Anyone who registers is guaranteed a role in the show regardless of experience!
All cast member's must be able to attend every technical/ dress rehearsal and performance to participate, no exceptions. It's important participants divulge all existing and/ or potential conflicts with the (6-8 week) rehearsal schedule. A participants availability can affect casting. We do our best to work around conflicts during the initial rehearsal schedule, but when it comes to the final 3 weeks leading up to opening performers must skip any other sports or clubs that overlap.
CAST Cost Breakdown (ages 8+)
The registration cost includes a production t-shirt and an engraved award for every participant!
The remaining funds go towards production itself: costumes, fabric, props, paint, building materials, lighting equipment, microphones etc.
$200 Registration Fee (per cast member)
As of Fall 2022 OCCT is now paying a building rental fee for rehearsals and performances. Along with this change we have adjusted our pricing and volunteer hours to allow more flexibility and options for participating families and expand the number of children that can participate in each production.
The Standard Payment
The standard registration option, like most registration fees, is paid in full, up front at the time of online registration. No added fundraiser, no hassle!
The 50/50 Payment
The half-and-half registration option, allows families to pay half of the registration cost up front and fundraise the remaining amount during the first two weeks of production!
The Hands off Payment + $315 (per family)
This optional registration is an add-on in addition to the registration fee ($200/ child + $315). This option exempts a participant and their immediate family from all work party volunteer hour requirements (21 hours) occuring the first several weeks of production. One parent or guardian will still be expected to work: one performance (+/- 5 hours) set load-in and set load-out day (+/- 5-8 hours each). Parent volunteer hours are priced at $15/ hour and there is a limited number of these add-ons available per production. The price tag allows OCCT to hire folks to fulfill the volunteer hours at minnimum wage pay.
$25+ Hair/ Makeup Kit (per cast member)
All cast members (even boys) are required to put together their own kit with basic makeup supplies and hair tools to use during dress rehearsals and performances. The price is variable depending on where each participant decides to purchase their supplies. Each performer needs their own kit. We do not allow sharing as a sanitary precaution. The kit is theirs's to keep and use for future stage productions!
Tickets to the production are not included in the cost of registration. Our ticket prices are competitive and inclusive of our online ticketing system (On The Stage) service fees. Ticket sales are actually the funds we use to pay for the royalties of the next show! Royalties are the upfront and typically, expensive, part of every production which merely secures permission to perform the author, lyricist and composers works.
CREW Cost Breakdown (ages 10+)
